Bonehead Productions Ltd Normal Terms and Conditions of Trading

The contract price detailed in the Booking Contract is payable against a Bonehead Productions Ltd invoice which will be issued on or prior to the date
of the booking. Full payment is required no later than 14 days prior to the event. In the event of cancellation by the undersigned or non payment of the contract price by the due date any booking deposit paid is not refundable and the full contract price fee is payable notwithstanding that the booking may not be performed.

In the event the booking is cancelled by the client, then the folllowing cancellation charges will apply:

Where Bonehead Productions has secured an alternative booking the Fee from which the cancellation fee is calculated shall be reduced by the amount of the fee (being in respect of the performance only) from the new booking.

Bonehead Productions Ltd cannot be held liable for any uninsured loss or damage to persons or property howsoever arising.

Bonehead Productions Ltd reserves the right to substitute alternative equipment or DJ's in the event of unavailability of specific persons or equipment specified in the Schedule.

The undersigned is responsible for any loss or damage to equipment or vehicles belonging to Bonehead Productions or its employees or sub contractors that have directly or indirectly been caused by the undersigned, or others employed or contracted on behalf of the undersigned or any person attending the event at the invitation of the undersigned.

The times detailed in the contract are the performance times for the event. Unless otherwise stated the minimum tine for set up of the equipment is 90 minutes and set down of the equipment is 60 minutes. Access to the venue will be required during the day of the event for set up and up to 24 hours after the event for set down. Specific details and times for set up and set down will be advised by Bonehead Productions within 7 days prior to the event.

The undersigned is required to provide access and egress to the event within 30 minutes of the agreed time. Any delay to the agreed time will incur a further charge to the undersigned of £30.00 per hour plus VAT

Unless specified in the above Schedule, the undersigned is required to make available at the venue detailed above a flat indoor unobstructed area of a minimum of 5 metres by 2 metres together with a permanent dual socket 240v, 13 amp electrical supply within 5 metres of the performance area.

Any bookings for a performance on or within a temporary structure (such as a covered stage or marquee) will be subject to confirmation by Bonehead Productions prior to the performance that the access requirements, structure and facilities including any temporary electrical supplies such as generators or temporary electrical installations are fit for purpose are not hazardous to persons or equipment or do not impose an unreasonable health and safety risk. The client may be required to remove or make safe any such hazards or health and safety risks prior to any contracted performance.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all relevant contact information entered on the booking form is accurate, failure to do so could result in undelivered correspondence. Acceptance of any booking made by the client in response to a quotation will be made in writing by Bonehead Productions Ltd by email if requested by the client.

Occasionally we can experience or observe violent, aggressive or abusive behaviour at an event. We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time if we feel our personal safety or safety or safety or others is under threat..

All roadshow equipment that is used is checked prior to arrival and has been fully tested for safety by a qualified electrical engineer. If we are linking our equipment within a fixed in-house audio system, we reserve the right to refuse to do so if the equipment is considered to be unsafe or liable to cause damage to any component linked to it. The hirer is liable if post inspections prove that damage has been caused by faulty equipment other than ours. We offer a full PAT test facility to check venues prior to your function at an extra cost.

All bookings are taken on the understanding that the venue is in possession of the necessary entertainment and PRS license. We are not responsible if the venue is found to be in breach of the terms of their license.
