To provide a quotation for Roadshow bookings we will need to know:

• The date
• The venue*
• Performance times
• Access time
• Choice of DJ (if required)

* E.g. name of hotel and function suite. Additional information may be required for marquee bookings

In addition for Theme Nights we need to know the number of guests and any specific requirements to tailor make the evening.

We always provide a written quotation and schedule of the services we will provide. All bookings are subject to a signed contract and the payment of a non-refundable deposit.
