Exhibitors Information

To ensure that each show is successful we:

• Spend a larger proportion of the show revenue on local and national advertising. Typically we advertise on local radio, local press, and wedding magazines as well as on this and other websites.

• Ensure that entrance to each show is always free; you are there to sell your services, why should the public pay for the privilege?

• Produce Bridal Fashion Shows that, as well as allowing designers to professionally display their wedding attire, ensures potential clients spend more time at each show

What can you expect?

For the minimum charge, if you book stand space at one of our shows you can expect:

• 8’ x 4’ of exhibition space and (if you require) a trestle table covered with a banqueting roll or cloth

• Access to an electrical power point

• A copy of the registration database detailing those brides who are willing to disclose their details to companies in your wedding category

• Refreshments during the day (see individual shows for details)

• The modelling of your wedding attire in the Bridal Fashion Show (subject to producer’s discretion and availability early booking recommended)

• Space for up to two wedding cars (subject to any constraints of the venue early booking recommended)

• An entry within the Wedding Services section of this website

• Assistance of Bonehead Productions event management staff

On the enquiry form please state the show(s) that you require further details and list your company name and contact details including telephone number, postal address, email address and wedding service category (e.g. photographer). We will then confirm current availability by email and post.
